Martin is highly resourceful and goes above and beyond to get engineer complex technical solutions. Whiles an IT manager in TietoEVRY, I had the pleasure of working with Martin during several projects. He demonstrated a highly tenacious approach to trying to get solutions to work, and on more than one occasion helped TietoEVRY integrate Microsoft Teams into various legacy solutions that we had been informed by others was not possible. Any company would be lucky to have Martin as an enterprise architect or systems engineer.
I really appreciate an opportunity to work with Martin. We spent several months together establishing corporate video conferencing service for internal customer. Martin helped there as an expert for real time traffic and ensured that chosen solution fitted into the customer eco-system. Martin’s ability to deep dive into the technical area of video conferencing helped to move this brand new solution behind original idea and even behind vendor recommendation. He always found out a way forward, was able to make configuration on video conferencing solution, TEAMS and Skype side and helped business to achieve much more benefits that originally planned. Martin job was to support users in the field of unified communication on the MS Skype for Business platform. Immediately after joining, Martin became a part of the team. He worked very well with his colleagues at work, being friendly and social. Martin also enjoed communicating directly with customers, from whom he has received a lot of positive feedback. Martin has been always willing to help and able to find the support necessary to solve any problems. Being very curious, he can work not only in a team, but also independently. He is reliable, is interested in everything new, learns quickly and volunteers to find new challenges. As his competence has grown, so has his job scope. It gradually expanded from user support to implementation and development projects.
